The print you will receive may have a slightly different crop compared to what is displayed on marianbalas.com. The images on the website are examples, but every effort has been made to ensure the measurements are correct, this is not guaranteed as each print is individually made and some may be hand cut.

Image quality on marianbalas.com

To ensure a great and fast user experience the images displayed on the website may be shown in a lower quality due to the upload size. However, every image will be printed from its original file size.

Paper

Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper Supreme

This paper is designed exclusively to produce high-image-quality colour prints, which is provided with a thicker base resulting in superior handling properties and is recognized by its attractive gold back print. It has a luxurious quality in feel and appeal.

Marianbalas.com offers the Fujicolor Crystal Archive Paper Supreme with a lustre finish. The lustre paper comes with a thickness of 220 µm.

A luster finish is most easily thought of as being somewhere in between gloss and matte. Luster prints are slightly glossy, which helps enhance the image's color and details, but also feature a very fine "texture" to help reduce problems associated with glare and fingerprints.

Payment & Delivery time

The printing process will start as soon as we have received your payment, this will usually take up to 2 days.
As each image is printed individually, please allow us 2-3 days for printing and an additional 3-5 days for shipping. You should receive your print no longer than 10 days after your purchase. If we experience any form of delays we will inform you as soon as possible.

Shipping

Marianbalas.com does ship to most countries in the world. Depending on your location, the delivery time as well as the shipping cost will vary.
We use different shipping companies, depending on the size of your order. The prints are rolled and shipped in a tube to avoid any harm to it.

PRESETS

What is a preset?

A Lightroom preset is a pre-determined position of all (or some) sliders in Lightroom. In other words, you can edit a photo to your liking, and then save that exactly combination of slider positions for future use on another image. You can use presets from other artists, to save all the work and just have awesome picture styles.

Can I use these presets for Lightroom Mobile?

At the moment, it is not possible to use the Lightroom .xmp files for Lightroom mobile. These presets are designed for Lightroom desktop version (OSX/Windows) and compatible with RAW and JPEG images.

How do I get my presets?

Once you have purchased a preset, you will receive an automated email with a unique download link for the digital file. You will have 24 hours to download the preset. After 24 hours, the link will expire.

How do I install a preset in Lightroom?

In order to install the preset, navigate to the Camera Raw > Settings folder and copy the .xmp file to that folder. Here is an alternate method of locating that folder:

  • Mac: ~ / Library / Application Support / Adobe / CameraRaw / Settings

  • Windows: C: \ ProgramData \ Adobe \ CameraRaw \ Settings

Alternately, you can access the folder with this method:

  1. Open Lightroom CC (make sure it is updated to the new version)

  2. Go to Lightroom > Preferences

  3. Click the "Preset" section at the top

  4. Click the "Show Lightroom Presets Folder"

  5. Ignore the folder it highlights, and instead go up to the Camera Raw folder and open it

  6. Open the Settings folder and copy your .xml files into this folder

  7. Restart Lightroom and the preset should be installed.
